Quality Policy
Umma University is committed to excellence in higher education, research and innovation based on Islamic values, working towards meeting stakeholders’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
The University shall satisfy all applicable requirements and regularly monitor and review its performance for continual improvement of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015. The top management shall ensure QMS is integrated into the University Processes and promote the use of process approach and risk-based thinking.
The policy and related quality objectives shall be reviewed and revised periodically as applicable.
