Umma University signs agreement with Africa Education and Development Trust
Direct Aid International and Africa Education and Development Trust signed an agreement on 15th January 2018 for Umma University Students support program which will grant students studying or wish to study at Umma University interest free study loan.

Umma University signs MOU with Omdurman Islamic University
On the 14th December 2017, Umma University Ag. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Mohamed Karama signed an MOU with the Vice-Chancellor of Omdurman Islamic University Prof. Hassan Abbas Hassan in support of staff and student exchange, research cooperation, joint scientific meetings, exchange of academic information, and sharing of information on programmes, plans and activities.

Applicants are required to fulfill the following conditions:
  1. KCSE mean grade of C+ (Plus) or a Diploma in the relevant field or its equivalent. (For all Degree Courses)
  2. KCSE mean grade of C (Plain) or a Certificate in the relevant field (For all Diploma Courses).
  3. KCSE mean grade of C- (Minus) (For Certificate Courses).
  4. Duly filled Application Form
  5. National ID card or valid passport for non-Kenyans with valid study visa.
  6. Two recent passport size photos
  7. Payment of non-refundable Application fee of Ksh. 1,000 for Degree programmes and Kshs. 500 for Diploma and Certificate courses.
